Capper is for those that don't have a lot of time to look at the races and want to concentrate on just a few selections
Capper provides the two best handicapped horses of the day, taking everything into consideration.
No selection will be sent at less than 5/1, many will be double digits. You can do them EW.
Occasionally I may send out a good priced non handicap novice.
